  Noelle is an on the shoulder style with a softly draped bodice and a plunging front and back v-neckline over a structured strapless satin bodice that gives a super flattering look and feel. It has beaded split floaty sleeves and the waist is cinched in with a satin belt and a stunning beaded appliqué made of pearls & opals. The slim straight and flare draped front skirt also has gentle drapes on the back waistband and is finished with a slimmer stretch satin skirt underneath to complete the style.
