Crafted in beautifully draped velvet with a shaped v-neckline to the front, that leads to a wrap over effect, complemented with softly draped pleating. Cinched at the waist with a velvet belt, leading to a full circular soft tulle tea length skirt. Also available as a full length style with a dustier train as Frances FL.
